Personal body care is a multi billion rand industry. We distribute our products directly to consumers through Direct Selling by contracting independent individuals like yourself as VIP members and Resellers ("members"). Our members earn commissions and retail profits from sales to their colleagues, family and friends. ........

At Novus Fragrances we understand the concept of convenience and "no hassle". To this end we have established a VIP member Product Subscription facility through which you can select your and your close family's (husband, wife, partner and children) personal body care Product/s, sign a debit order and we will then courier your product/s to you or you can collect from an Area Distributor close to you.

Seven days after the debit order has been successfully collected from your bank account, we will courier (if you collected the courier option) the Product(s) to your doorstep at your workplace or home. The courier service provider will deliver the Product(s) to you during weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) between 08H00 and 16H00. You will receive a tracking number of the parcel via SMS message. If you have selected the "Collection" at an Area Distributor in your area, you will also receive an SMS message with address details and a One Time Pin (PIN) to collect. 

Should you in future wish to change the fragrances and/or products selection, you can simply call the client service centre on 012 030 0359 or send an email to change@novusfragrances.co.za. Quote your VIP member number (which will be provided to you via sms after you have signed-on.

The sign-on process is simple and quick. Simply complete the form below, submit and you will receive your favourite fragrances regularly and hassle-free!

SIGNATURE


By me/us "checking" the box on the “PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION” page on this website: I/ we enter into an agreement with Novus Fragrances (Pty) Ltd, (“Novus”) to supply me/ us with the Product(s) as specified in Step 2 on the “PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION” or as I/ we may change the Product(s) selection from time to time; I/ we hereby authorise Novus, its subsidiary(ies) and/or its agents to draw, by means of electronic debit or magnetic tape, against my selected bank account all amounts due and payable to Novus on the selected deduction day or within seven days before or after the selected date. I/ we acknowledge that separate debits may be passed for separate amounts and I/ we shall pay all costs debited by my/ our bank against my/ our account with regards to payment or refusal of such debits. This authority may be cancelled by giving Novus thirty days’ notice in writing by prepaid registered post, fax and/or email. I/ we agree that if my/ our Product/s is/ are returned by the courier service provider as undelivered as a result of no fault from Novus or the courier service provider, but as a result of my/ our fault, I/ we will be liable for an additional courier cost of R55 (Including VAT). Such additional courier cost may be added to the next debit order value. I/ we agree that any amounts owed to Novus by me/us will be set off against any credit balance in any of my /our accounts with Novus. Clients with an active e-mail address or active cell number, accept that all communication from Novus may be sent electronically.
