BECOME A RESELLER

The selling of personal body care products is a multi billion rand industry.

Customers generally prefer "personal attention" when it comes to body care products and they like to smell, feel and talk about (share) their experiences before they decide to buy. The "personal touch" experience is usually lost in retail stores as a result of high volumes of people entering these stores and the attendants generally do not have the time to attend to all customers.

Direct marketing or selling is an industry where individuals can earn a sizeable income (part or full time) without having to be employed by a company. Many people also become involved in the direct selling industry to supplement their existing income (without having to quit their current job) to enjoy a better lifestyle financially. As Direct Selling is a business directly to people, it is the ideal solution to offer customers the "personal attention" they want.

1. RETAIL PROFITS

The table below illustrates the Retail Profit you can make when you (as a Reseller) buy the Novus Fragrances products and sell them to other people (colleagues, friends, family and the public - commonly referred to as Retail Customers).

Example:

Let’s assume you have bought 110 bottles of 30ml perfumes in a calendar month and sold them to your colleagues, friends and family and customers, your profit will be R6 600.00. (110 x R150 (Selling price) = R16 500 - Less 110 x R90 (Cost price) = R9 900. (R16 500 less R9 900 = R6 600 profit).

 2. VOLUME DISCOUNTS (OWN PURCHASES)

When you purchase products from the Company in any calendar month and it exceeds the values as set out in the table below, you will qualify for volume discounts.

Example: Let's assume you have again bought 110 x 30ml perfumes to the value of R8 250 in November. You will therefore qualify for 12.5% or R1031.25 volume discounts.

It will in effect mean that you paid a net amount of R65.63 per 30ml bottle instead of the usual R75.00 per bottle. (R8 250 divide by 110 bottles = R75.00 per bottle before discounts). After the volume discounts, it is (R8 250 less R1031.25 = R7 218.75 divided by 110 bottles = R65.63 per bottle).

Instead of making the R6 050 profits as illustrated in the “RETAIL PROFIT” section above, your effective profit would have been R 6 050.00 + R1031.25 (volume discount received). Therefore the effective profit would have been R7 081.25 or R64.37 per 30ml bottle.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT REBATES

Many customers prefer that their products get delivered by courier on a regular basis. The Company has provided a subscription product option through which the customer can decide on the intervals (monthly, every two months, quarterly or every six months (half yearly) when the product/s must be delivered.

The customer then sign a debit order and the Company will on the selected intervals draw the value of the subscription product(s) from the customer's bank account. After seven days of the debit order date (clearance date) the Company will then courier the product/s to the customer's work or home address. There are no extra costs involved for the customer to make use of this service.

As we don’t charge the subscription customer additional courier costs to send him his product every month, the cost has to be recovered somewhere. The table below illustrate the different percentages you will receive as rebates on the different levels (your own customers are on L0) for subscription customers.

Column 1 refers to “First Product” and column 3 refers to “Additional products”. Let’s say that your customer (L0) subscribes to one bottle (30ml) of Hugo Boss @ R130 and one bottle (30ml) of Opium @R130 perfumes per month. You will therefore receive 7% rebate on the first product (30 ml Hugo Boss) – (R130 x 7% = R9.10) and 22.50% on the 30ml Opium (R130 x 22.50% = R29.25), totalling R38.35 for this customer.

Levels 1-5 illustrate the percentages you will receive on all the related Resellers’ subscription customers’ monthly subscriptions.

PRODUCT REBATES – GROUP SALES

You will find that many of your colleagues, customers, friends and family will ask how they can also make money (like you do) from selling body care products. It will therefore be a natural process to expand your business and start building a down-line of Resellers from which you will benefit.

With exciting products and high profit margins, it will not take a great deal of convincing to sign-on Resellers under you. We believe you should be remunerated according to your effort you spend on helping these Resellers on your first level to be successful. The Resellers on your first level will naturally introduce Resellers on their first level (which is your second level).

The table below illustrates the different percentages rebates you will earn on each level. The calculations are based on the total value of cash purchases by all the Resellers on a level in any calendar month. The system will calculate all the sales of your related Resellers for the different levels on the first working day of each month for the previous calendar month and pay the rebate value into your bank account before the 7th of that month.

Each Reseller from level 2-5 bought R500 worth of product on average in that calendar month.

Note: Although the calculation used in the above example is correct, the structure of your network may differ from the above example. Therefore your earnings may differ. Amounts mentioned apply.

Note. Network rebates are conditional that you buy a minimum of R200 of products yourself in a calendar month.

As you can see, the income potential is whatever you want it to be and is directly related to the effort that you (and if you want to build a network) your Related Resellers put in. Make sure that when you build your network that you introduce people on your first level that have the same energy and passion as you. Then help them to introduce the same type of people as you and him.
