Product Subscription (South Africa Only)
At Novus Fragrances we understand the concept of convenience and "no hassle". To this end we have established a Product Subscription facility through which you can select your Product/s, sign a debit order and we will then courier your product/s to you.
You also have the option to select the intervals that you want your product/s delivered to you (monthly, every two months, quarterly or every six months). We will then collect your debit order in accordance with your selected interval. (Example: If you want your product/s to be delivered every two months, we will only debit your bank account every two months to the value of the product/s.)
Seven days after the debit order has been successfully collected from your bank account, we will courier the Product(s) to your doorstep at your workplace or home in all major cities. The courier service provider will deliver the Product(s) to you during weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) between 08H00 and 16H00.
There are generally no extra costs involved if your delivery address is within the parameters of the general postal code delivery areas of the courier service provider. In rare cases when your delivery address however falls outside these parameters, a nominal additional charge will be added to your monthly subscription. In such cases our client service centre will contact you beforehand to confirm the amount and obtain your approval for such additional charge.
Should you in future wish to change the fragrances and/or products selection and/ or delivery intervals, you can simply call the client service centre on 087 808 7355 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Quote your client number (which will be provided to you via sms and in a welcoming letter to your email address) after you have signed-on.
