You will receive an SMS with dispatch or collection information seven days after the debit order is successfully collected.
Benefits for Preferential Clients:
For monthly product or voucher subscriptions, the value will be deducted from their bank account on the selected debit order date. Seven days after the debit date (clearance period), the products will be couriered to them (door-to-door).
In all scenarios, the retail profit will be credited to the VIP Member’s account on the Novus Fragrances system. Accumulated retail profits will be paid into the VIP Member’s bank account every Friday for the preceding week’s accumulated values.
VIP members qualify for volume discounts on personal purchases exceeding certain values in a calendar month. For example, if you buy (or sales to Preferential Clients) 100 x 50ml perfumes valued at R10,000 in a month, you qualify for a 12.5% (R1,250) volume discount, credited to your Volume Discounts Account for future purchases.
Take note that Volume Discounts are not paid out, but can be used as payment for orders.
