RESELLER

Selecting to be a Reseller are in some respects different to be a VIP member.

VIP members’ main focus is to recruit Product Subscribers through a monthly debit order from their Colleagues, Family and Friends, and give those Product Subscribers the price benefit, and receive a recurring monthly income (commissions) from the monthly Product subscriptions. (Example: 30ml perfumes - VIP member price is R100. VIP members will let the people who sign-on get the products at the same price also R100.)   

Resellers would rather concentrate on buying and selling the company's products. Instead of giving the price benefit through to the consumer, a Reseller would buy products at Reseller prices and sell at retail prices and earn a retail profit. (Example: Buy 30ml perfumes at R110 each and sell at R170 each and make R60 retail profit).  Resellers would also SHARE the business opportunity with some of their Colleagues, Family and Friends and when they sign-on as Resellers and purchase products at Reseller price, they would earn commissions from those Resellers monthly cash purchases.

Our RESELLER business model is based on the traditional Network or Multi-Level Marketing concept.

HOW DO THE COMMISSIONS WORK?

• Our system makes provisions for 5 Levels down and no limit in width.
  
  
• Resellers that you sign-on directly, are referred to as your Level 1 Resellers. When your Level 1 Resellers SHARE the Reseller benefits with their Colleagues, Family and Friends and they sign-on, those Resellers are your indirectly signed-on Resellers and are referred to as your Level 2 Resellers. We pay commissions from your Level 1 to Level 5 members’ monthly combined product purchases.
  
• Commissions on your Level 1 are paid on a sliding scale based on the total purchases of all your Level 1 members (as set out in the table below).

LEVEL 1 COMMISSIONS

 
EXAMPLE: When the total combined purchases from your Level 1 Resellers are R18 000 in a calendar month, your commissions will be R1 440 (8% of R18 000).

• Commissions on your Levels 2 to 5 are paid on a flat rate of 3% on the combined total purchases of all your Level 2-5 Resellers.
  
  
• EXAMPLE: When the total combined purchases from your Levels 2-5 members are R500 000 for instance, your commissions will be R12 500 (2.5% of R500 000).
  
• Your combined commission will then be R1 440 on Level 1 and R12 500 on Levels 2-5, totalling R13 940. Commissions are paid into your bank account on the 10^th of every month based on your down-line’s (Levels 1-5) total purchases during the previous calendar month.

 RETAIL PROFIT

Retail profit is your cash flow through the month. Resellers by products at discounted prices and sell those products to consumers at the retail price and make he cash profit.

RESELLER PRODUCT PRICES

You can decide on your own income you want to earn per month. If you want to earn more money per month, you must introduce more RESELLERS on your Level 1 and share the amazing opportunity with them. Some of them will only remain as Product users and benefit from the discounted price and the others will do exactly what you do and introduce this opportunity to their colleagues, family, and friends.

Irrespective you will earn an income from all their purchases and from the members' monthly purchases they introduce up to your Level 5.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS (OWN PURCHASES)

When you personally purchase products from the Company in any calendar month and it exceeds the values as set out in the table below, you will qualify for volume discounts.

Example: Let's say you have bought 100 x 30ml perfumes to the value of R10 000 in a calendar month to sell to earn a Retail profit for instance, you will therefore qualify for 12.50% or R1 250 volume discounts. On the 1st day of the following month the system will credit your Volume Discounts Account on the Novus Fragrances system with this value and you can use it as "payment" against future cash purchases. Volume Discounts are not paid out, but can be used as payment.

TESTER KITS

If you want to use this opportunity to earn an additional income, you should invest in one of our Tester Kits. Different People use different fragrances and they would probably want to Test the quality and smell before they commit.

SUMMARY

Resellers' main focus is to buy and sell the company's products and earn a retail profit.Resellers will also recruit other Resellers and earn commissions from those Resellers monthly purchases.
